OPTIONAL EXTRA: BASE CAMP for this weekend:

Friday arrive and set up camp afternoon or evening.
Saturday bike ride; a choice between a challenging but beautiful 45km ride along Wagonga Scenic Drive OR a short, easy and also scenic ride along the bike path to Dalmeny and return.
Saturday night shared BBQ at camp (?)
Sunday BVBW walk - Corunna to Surf Beach.
Sunday nightd inner out (Golf Club?)
Monday Kayaking - a pleasant paddle around Forsters Bay and Wagonga Inlet. Either drive home afterwards or stay Monday night.

21 October - Sunrise walk Tathra Beach to Nelsons Lagoon Day event

Walk Coordinator: Helen Turton
Meet: 5:00 am (to be confirmed closer to the walk) at the beach at the Tathra Life Saving Club
Grade: Easy
Distance: 10-14 km
Description: We will walk along the Tathra beach and have breakfast somewhere along the way so bring your thermos and egg sandwiches. At the end depending apon whether the river mouth is open or not we will either head up the headland or walk around via the bridge. Then we will walk to Moon Bay and on to Nelsons lagoon. Returning the same way we will either walk all the way back to Tathra or do a car swap and have a car waiting at Mogareeka. We should be back at Tathra for morning tea or an early lunch at the cafe if desired.  It will be hard getting up that early in the morning but it will be wonderful watching the sunrise.
