Terrain: Open farmland, rocky open bush and the river.
Description: A unique opportunity to walk in a new area south west of Cathcart along the Coolumbooka River. We will be climbing a few hills, rock hopping some rocks along the river and absorbing some beautiful sights and landforms. Rock pools and more rock pools, if we are lucky we will see some furry, webbed footed critters. We will have lunch at the unique bend. There will be some climbing of rocks to get to the bend. Bring some wet shoes and warm clothes as it could be chilly.
