28 April - An Oldie But A Goodie - Twofold Bay, Cocora to Boydtown - Day event

Walk Coordinators: Neil Porter and Jan Porter
Grade: Easy
Distance: 10-ish km
Meet:  9:00am at Behind shops at Pambula (post office side of the street) for car pool
to Eden.  Or meet at Cocora Beach parking area in Eden by 9:15
Description: Grade: Easy (with one 250m “Moderate” steep uphill section and descent).
Start at Cocora Beach in Eden, and walk south along the scenic coast of Twofold Bay to the
Seahorse Inn at Boydtown. Return to Cocora by car shuttle.
This includes some ground that has been covered before (most recently as a circular walk in
March 2016), and is repeated to provide an easy but beautiful walk as an introduction to the
group for new walkers.
Swimmers (depends on weather) and a camera are highly recommended.
If this is your first walk with the Bega Valley Bushwalkers: please note that, while it has an
"easy" classification, the distance and type of terrain require a reasonable level of fitness.
Bring at least a litre of water, morning tea and lunch, hat and sunscreen.
